Someone is standing in a garage full of stuff, on their phone, with three of your competitors open in other tabs. Your site has about ten seconds. I build it for exactly that moment.

Not an agency, not a project manager, not a junior who picked up your ticket. I read your message, I quote it, I build it, and I’m the one who answers when something breaks.
Your website is not the main reason you get jobs. For most junk removal companies the Google Business Profile brings in more calls, and reviews matter more than your homepage design. What the website does is decide whether the person who found your listing calls you instead of the next company on the list. That is a real job worth doing well. It is just not the job most agencies sell it as.
So if your Maps profile is empty and your site is fine, I will tell you to fix the profile first. I do both, and I will not sell you a site to fix a profile problem.
Your number at the top as a real tap-to-call link, plus a sticky bar at the bottom of the mobile screen with Call and Get a Quote. It follows them down the page so the button is there the moment they decide.
Name, phone, zip, what needs to go, and a photo upload. People are terrible at describing volume. “A couple of things from the basement” can be two boxes or a three-hour job. A photo lets you quote right the first time.
Furniture removal, appliance removal, hot tub removal, estate cleanouts, construction debris. One page listing everything will not rank for any of it. Start with the three that make you the most money.
Forty identical pages with the town name swapped do not rank and can drag the site down. A real local page names the transfer station you use, neighborhoods, access constraints, and a job you did there with a photo.
You do not need a price list. You need to explain how pricing works: by truck load, a quarter load from X, with a photo of what that looks like. It pre-qualifies tire-kickers and builds trust with everyone else.
A garage you cannot walk through, then the same garage empty, is more persuasive than any paragraph. Phone photos are fine. Stock photos of a smiling man beside a clean white van fool nobody.
This is Top Classic, a pest control and cleaning company serving Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Different trade, same job as yours: someone with a problem finds them, taps once, and calls. Service pages, a short booking form, click-to-call at the top of every screen. No carousel, no stock photos.
Your junk removal site gets the same bones, built around your truck, your service area and how you price a load. See the other builds.
LIVE CLIENT SITE · UAEFor companies whose site is fine and whose profile is the problem.
Exact quote in writing before anything is paid.
Already have a site that is not performing? The $497 Fix Sprint is often the smarter first step. Plenty of sites need three things fixed, not replacing.
You will see comparison tables on agency sites explaining why hiring a freelancer is risky. Some of that is fair. The real risk is that a freelancer becomes unavailable partway through, and a good share of the sites that land on my desk arrived exactly that way. You reduce it by paying in stages against delivered work, keeping your own hosting and domain from day one, and taking a backup at every milestone. I insist on all three.
What you get in return is the person doing the work. No account manager translating your request into a ticket, and small fixes that do not need a change order. If your build is complex and over about $20,000, hire an agency. For a junk removal site, you are almost never in that territory. I wrote this up properly: Freelance WordPress developer vs agency.
The Starter is $797 for a 5-page site with your Maps profile done. Full builds with service and town pages start at $1,500. There are $195 a month subscription builders out there too. The question worth asking any of them is whether you own the site at the end, because some keep it if you stop paying.
The profile will usually bring in more calls. But the website is what people check before deciding, and a profile with no decent site behind it loses to a competitor who has both. If your profile is empty, fix that first and I will tell you so.
Only as many as you can write something genuinely specific about. Five real pages beat forty templated ones. Forty near-identical pages can actively hurt you.
A tap-to-call number visible without scrolling, and a short quote form with a photo upload. If you only fix two things, fix those two.
The Google profile side can move within weeks. Organic rankings for service and town pages typically take three to six months, longer in competitive metros. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
Yes. Site, hosting and domain stay in your name. I hand over everything and show you how to run it. No subscription holds your site hostage.
Amazing work! Everything was done perfectly and exactly as requested. Communication was smooth, fast delivery, and great attention to detail. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend.
This is my second order and this time I was again pleased with Saddam’s work! He is very attentive and the communication is very good. I will certainly hire Saddam again for my next project!
Great professional, I hope to work with him more often. He delivers quickly and is attentive and concerned with the smallest details.
