    Before you hire someone remote

These are exactly the right things to ask. Here are my honest answers.

    • When I’m aroundWeekdays, through UK mornings and early morning to midday on the US East Coast. If a client’s site goes down, any time.

    Still not sure?

Message me and ask anything. You’ll get a straight answer from the person who’d do the work.

    Message me on WhatsApp
Is this an agency or one person?

One person, on purpose. The same person from your first message to launch and after it, with no account manager in the middle and nobody junior quietly doing the work.

How do we talk across time zones?

Email, WhatsApp or a call, whatever you prefer. You also get written updates you can read whenever suits you.

    How do payments work?

A fixed price in writing first, then half to start and half before launch, through Payoneer by bank transfer or card. Anything outside what we agreed gets quoted before I touch it.

How long does a project take?

A fix takes days. A new website takes about ten days for a starter site and 3 to 6 weeks for bigger ones, with dates in writing before we begin.

Is my website safe with you?

Yes. Licensed tools only, never pirated plugins, which are one of the most common ways WordPress sites get hacked. Backups before every change, and every login handed back at the end.
